Yunna Baiyao is a prized Chinese herbal medicine used to stop bleeding both internally and externally. It can be used externally on open cuts, wounds and tumors or it can be used internally for severe, bruising, bleeding ulcers blood in urine and stool, nosebleeds, tumors and post-surgery. Yunnan Baiyao is also used to refuse inflammation provide pain relief to tonify the blood and promote healing. It is commonly used to extend the life of dogs and cats with bleeding cancers.
 
Function and Indication:
Eliminating blood, stasis and hemostatic promoting blood flow and analgesic, detoxifying and promoting subsidence of swelling. It is used for treatment of traumatic injury, stagnated blood, swelling, and pain, spitting blood hemoptysis, hemorrhoidal bleeding and soft tissue bruise. 
 
Directions:
Adults - Take 1-2 capsules each time four times daily
Children 6 to 12 years old take half the dosage

Precautions:
Avoid broad bean fish, sour cold food within one day after administration. Be sure to clean the wound surface before external use. Be sure to use under doctor supervision and control when high dosage is needed clinically. Hypertension reaction occurs after a ministration, stop use at once, and give an antihypertensive therapy, depending on the severity of symptoms, and then, in the case of external use first clear away the product.
