We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.  If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the unopened, unused product in its original carton/box with all included literature in re-sellable condition within 14 days of purchase.  Simply send us an email (orders@chinesenaturalherbs.com) letting us know that you are returning your purchase and we will give you a confirmation number which you must include with your return.  Please note that we must be notified of your return prior to returning the package. After receipt of your return, we will issue a credit for your unopened returned items, minus the cost of shipping.If your return is beyond the 14 days of purchase date, you will receive store credit upon receipt of the unopened, unused product in its original carton/box with all included literature in re-sellable condition to be used towards a future order.

** If you originally received free shipping with your order and return items that reduce the subtotal to below $100.00, you will be charged for regular shipping based on your new subtotal.

For example: If your original total is $115.95 and you are returning items totaling $50.00, your new subtotal would be $65.95, which is subject to $7.95 regular shipping. 

 

– The credit given will be $42.05 ($50.00 returned items – $7.95 shipping), NOT $50.00.

** In addition, if you originally received free shipping with your order and return ALL items that reduce the subtotal to $0.00, your refund would be reduced by the maximum shipping on the shipping chart.

For example: If your original total is $115.95 and you are returning items totaling $115.95, your new subtotal would be $0.00, which is subject to $8.95 regular shipping.- The credit given will be $107.00 ($115.95 returned items – $8.95 shipping), NOT $115.95.
