Lipo NAD⁺ Complete – NAD⁺, NMN, & NR

Renue by Science
90 Vegetarian Capsules (3 month supply)

LIPO NAD⁺ Complete is a powerful 3-in-1 NAD⁺ booster, featuring  proprietary powder-based liposomes that protect NAD,⁺ NMN & NR from digestive enzymes and carry them into the bloodstream for targeted systemic delivery.

NAD+ helps cells regulate a number of essential functions that help keep your cells running smoothly, including:

  • energy metabolism
  • DNA repair
  • gene expression
  • cellular stress responses

What is NMN?

NMN (Nicotinamide mononucleotide) is a naturally occurring molecule that helps power your body. Within your cells, NMN is converted into another molecule known as nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+). NAD+ is an essential coenzyme required for life and cellular functions including playing an active role in metabolic processes, and energy production and keeping our DNA healthy.

You might think of NMN as raw material and NAD+ as the refined version that your body can actually use. The amount of NAD+ your body can make depends on the amount of NMN available in your body.

What role does NAD+ play in the aging process?

As we age, production of NAD+ naturally decline and we accrue DNA damage due to environmental factors. The accumulation of DNA damage is the main cause of aging. One important DNA repair protein PARP (Poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase), depends on NAD+ to function. The more DNA damage, the more NAD+ is needed. This depletion of NAD+ is exacerbated by any further DNA damage. Low levels of NAD+ can lead to age-related health conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, neurodegenerative diseases and general decreases in the immune system.

By increasing NAD+ levels in the body, NMN, as the precursor of NAD+, can reverse age-related complications and slow down the process of aging.

It’s essential that your cells have plenty of NMN to produce enough NAD+ to support these functions.

  • It may increase longevity. In your cells, NAD activates a group of proteins called sirtuins, which help repair your DNA. The activity of sirtuins is linked to longevity. On the flip side, low-NAD levels are associated with age-related diseases.
  • It may have protective effects on the brain. NAD is thought to modulate the production of a protein that helps guard cells against impairment of mitochondrial function and oxidative stress. These cellular stressors are related to some neurological diseases, including Alzheimer’s disease.
  • It may help reduce heart disease risk.  High NAD levels in the blood reversed age-related arterial damage, which may help guard against heart disease.
  • It may protect against cancer. Elevated NAD levels may help protect cells against oxidative stress and DNA damage, which are associated with cancer development.
  • It may help with jet lag.  NAD may help adjust your internal clock, potentially helping ease jet lag or other circadian rhythm disorders.
  • It may help aging muscles. High blood NAD levels helped improve muscle function, strength, and endurance.

NMN effectively mitigates age-associated physiological decline. Without any obvious toxicity or deleterious effects, NMN suppressed age-associated body weight gain, enhanced energy metabolism, promoted physical activity, improved insulin sensitivity and plasma lipid profile, and ameliorated eye function and other pathophysiologies. Consistent with these phenotypes, NMN prevented age-associated gene expression changes in key metabolic organs and enhanced mitochondrial oxidative metabolism and mitonuclear protein imbalance in skeletal muscle. These effects of NMN highlight the preventive and therapeutic potential of NAD+ intermediates as effective anti-aging interventions in humans.

Learn More About Liposomal Delivery

Liposomes are a revolutionary way of encapsulating active ingredients in a phospholipid “bubble” to protect and deliver them directly to the cells of your tissues, which are reached via the bloodstream. This allows for the ingredients to be absorbed and utilized rather than being destroyed in the stomach.

The aim of taking any supplement is to ensure its transport into the bloodstream. However, due to the low absorption and bioavailability rates of traditional oral capsules, active ingredients lose most of their potency while passing through the gastrointestinal tract or are simply not absorbed in the small intestine at all. The majority is excreted unused via the intestines or kidneys.

Liposomal delivery offers a targeted and complete absorption of active ingredients with a delayed‑release effect, unlike all other nutrient delivery methods. This increased circulation time of key nutrients in the bloodstream significantly improves bioavailability. The higher the bioavailability of an active substance, the more effect it has on the body.
