Other ingredients: Calcium Carbonate, cellulose (plant origin), croscamellose, silica, vegetable magnesium stearate, cellulose coating, acacia gum.

Indications:

Menopausal symptoms including hot flashes, night sweats, mood changes. 

Directions:

For adults, take 3 tablets daily, preferably with meals. For best results, use this product for at least 4 weeks. 

Calcium and other minerals can affect the absorption of many medications. Do not take this product within 2 hours of taking medications or follow the advice of your health care providers. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with you health care providers.  

Precautions: 

Not for use by pregnant or lactating women. Avoid this product if you have, or have had diabetes, a hormone-sensitive condition, alcoholism, cancer, muscle tension, swelling, blood pressure problems, disorders of the heart, kidney, gallbladder, liver or potassium metabolism; if you are taking hormone therapy, birth control pills, diuretics or heart medications; or if you have allergies to soy. Do not exceed recommended dose. Consult doctor before use if you have or have had, a bleeding disorder, thyroid problems, iodine deficiency, a family history of cancer, sexual dysfunction, if you plan to have or have had recent surgery or if you are taking ANY MEDICATIONS OR REMEDIES such as steroids, sedatives, muscle relaxants, allergy or cholesterol-lowering medications, blood thinners or daily aspirin. 

Discontinue use and consult your doctor if any adverse reactions occur, such as water retention, high blood pressure, headache, dizziness, increased perspiration, impaired circulation, nervous system or visual disturbances, shortness of breath, skin rash, fatigue, hair loss, agitation, dry mouth, breast pain, bloating menstrual changes or spotting, gastrointestinal discomfort, allergic reaction or changes in strength, coordination, blood pressure, pulse or heartbeat. Use of this product may make skin sensitive to sunlight and UV light, which could result in sunburn or skin rash after several days of usage. Limit exposure to the sun or any indoor tanning equipment including beds, lamps or booths. This product is not recommended for long term use. Limit use to 6 months with a break of three weeks. Not intended for use by persons under the age of 18.
