Fructus Sophorae (Huai Jiao Wan) - Clear heat in large intestine, stop bleeding due to Wind in large intestine which produces stool with fresh blood. Indications include: Intestinal bleeding where there is blood with or without the stool. Bleeding from hemorrhoids. Burning sensation around the anus, constipation or incomplete sensation following bowel movement, thirst.

Huang Lien Shang Qing Pian (Huang Lian Shang Ching Pian) - Indications include:  Common cold, flu with symptoms of fever, headache, dizziness, tinnitus, mouth ulcers, swollen gums, sore throat, conjunctivitis, toothache, or constipation. Hypertension with symptoms of dizziness, headache, red eyes, flushed face associated with Wind-Heat syndrome. Tonsillitis, parotitis, otitis media, acute bronchitis, acute pneumonia, pulmonary abscess, and skin infections including sores, carbuncles, boils, all with heat signs.

Emperor's Tea Pill - Indications include:  Palpitations, anxiety, restlessness, uneasiness, insomnia, poor memory, short attention span, poor concentration, constipation, mouth and tongue ulcers. Rheumatic valvular heart disease, hyperthyroidism, neurasthenia, menopausal symptoms.

Smooth Bronchial(Qing Fei Yi Huo Pian) - Use for lung fire conditions producing sharp, barking cough, sore lungs, dry mouth, cough with excess thick phlegm, swollen, painful sore throat, including tonsillitis and pharyngitis, mouth or nose sore, toothache or boils, constipation due to Heat in the Large Intestine, bloody nose, swollen  or bleeding gums. Ming Mu Shang Ching Pien - Indications include:  Eye disorders due to Deficient Liver and Kidney Yin with Empty Fire, with symptoms of poor vision, vertigo, photophobia, excess tearing of the eyes, night blindness. Also dizziness, ocular vertigo, itching eyelids, constipation, dry mouth, dry throat, tinnitus, night sweating, fatigue. Retinitis, optic neuritis, vitreous opacity, swollen red eyes due to Wind -Heat.
